As a result, RK2 is highly selective. We seek individuals with integrity, creativity, a bias towards teamwork and exceptionally strong written, spoken and visual communication skills. In addition, we seek applicants with highly developed technical skills in the areas of accounting, financial analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, project management, database development and report writing. Experience at a Big Four accounting firm or a well-regarded consulting organization is a plus.
